Supervisors are analysts, quantitative researchers, and traders at the firm. Each student is paired with one of them and works alongside them on a single investment question.
The student takes an investment idea forward with the supervisor — written, modeled, and reviewed. The artifact at the end is the student's own: a written case and the model behind it.
The program is shaped to the student. Foundations is the shortest of the three; Fellowship and Bespoke involve closer supervision over longer terms. Most students continue with their supervisor after the program ends.
