I — Access

Supervisors are analysts, quantitative researchers, and traders at the firm. Each student is paired with one of them and works alongside them on a single investment question.

II — Substance

The student takes an investment idea forward with the supervisor — written, modeled, and reviewed. The artifact at the end is the student's own: a written case and the model behind it.

III — Continuation

The program is shaped to the student. Foundations is the shortest of the three; Fellowship and Bespoke involve closer supervision over longer terms. Most students continue with their supervisor after the program ends.

Foundations

Eight weeks. Paired with an analyst, researcher, or trader at the firm. One idea, taken from question to review.

Fellowship

Twelve weeks. Paired with a senior analyst or researcher. Closer supervision over a more developed thesis.

Bespoke

Sixteen weeks. One to one with an investment committee member. By application.
