Supervised by people who do the work.
Praeclaria students are supervised by professionals connected to the firm's research and trading environment — practising researchers and traders, the people whose work the student joins. They are there to help a student think, write, test, revise, and present to the standard the firm holds.

The supervisor's role
A supervisor is there to make the work sharper: better framed, better evidenced, better written, and more defensible under questioning. It is the standard the firm holds its own people to, applied to the student's work.
Supervisor profiles are shared with admitted families during matching. Public biographies are limited because supervisors are active researchers and traders connected to the firm. Each admitted student is matched to a supervisor in conversation, after the application has been reviewed and once the shape of the student's question is clear.
